SkySawa PKO Bank Polski Warsaw

Fit-out at the SKYSAWA SKYSAWA Building

SKYSAWA, also known as PHN Tower, is a modern high-rise situated in the very centre of Warsaw at 36/34 Świętokrzyska Street. Construction commenced in June 2019 and was completed after 38 months; the building offers 65,000 sq m of usable floor area, of which nearly 37,000 sq m is dedicated to office space. The entire property has been leased by PKO Bank Polski, demonstrating the strategic significance and prestige of the location. The Skysawa building, located in a dynamically developing area of Warsaw on Świętokrzyska Street, is an exemplar of contemporary architecture that seamlessly unites functionality with aesthetics. It is a modern office and retail complex constructed on the site of a demolished 10-storey 1960s office building. It comprises two buildings: Building A, which ranges from 4 to 9 storeys, and Building B, which rises to 40 storeys. Currently, PKO Bank Polski is the sole tenant of the building, which offers a total floor area of from 35,000 sq m.

Our Role in the Project

Our company had the pleasure of collaborating with the main contractors—Colliers and Transtolbud—in fitting out the washrooms at the SKYSAWA tower. Leveraging our extensive experience and deep understanding of modern office building requirements, we supplied and installed washroom equipment with products that ensure user comfort and safety.

Interior Design

The washrooms designed for SKYSAWA combine contemporary styling with high functionality. Clean, dominant lines and modern equipment harmonise with the elegant character of the entire office building. With meticulous attention to detail and user comfort, low-maintenance materials resistant to heavy use were selected—an essential requirement in high-footfall areas. Photos of the completed project can be found in the gallery at the top of the page—we invite you to view them.
