ORDERS AND DELIVERIES

Orders can be placed via e-mail (e.g. info@faneco.com) or through our B2B platform. In your order, we advise to use our product code mentioned at the top-right side on our website (e.g. SA1002SJW).

Stock items ordered on weekdays before 1 pm are executed within the same day. Contact us if you want to be informed of the exact delivery time of your product. Please contact us for the exact shipping price abroad. We have good freight agreements for whole Europe and always choose the most advantageous freight solution for you.

Goods are shipped ex stock Ex Works (EXW). When your order is shipped, we will confirm it to you and, if it applies, provide the tracking code so you could follow the shipment. Remember to check the goods upon delivery for transport damage or defects. Once you have received the receipt, it is very difficult for us to complain to the shipping company about possible transport damage or deficiencies. If the pallet or box looks damaged, sign off with reservations and contact us. Also check that the right number quantity is there as soon as you receive the item.

PAYMENT

We sell both to companies, self-owned institutions, public institutions etc.
We reserve the right to demand advance payment, e.g. for new customers or for larger or custom orders or order items. We honour only payments made by bank transfer.

FANECO SP. Z O.O. SP. K. reserves the right for events beyond the company's control (war, earthquake, floods, etc.), so-called force majeure.
FANECO SP. Z O.O. SP. K. reserves the right that a product may be sold out or discontinued. In these cases, we can usually offer a replacement product.
