SKYSAWA, also known as PHN Tower, is a modern skyscraper located in the heart of Warsaw at 36/34 Świętokrzyska Street. The building, whose construction began in June 2019 and was completed after 38 months, offers 65,000 square meters of usable space, of which almost 37,000 square meters are designated for office spaces. The entire building has been leased by PKO Bank Polski, which speaks to the strategic importance and prestige of the location. Skysawa building, located in a dynamically developing part of Warsaw at Świętokrzyska Street, is an example of modern architecture that combines functionality with aesthetics. It is a modern office and commercial complex that was built on the site of a demolished 10-story office building from the 1960s. It consists of two buildings - building A, which has 4 to 9 levels, and building B, which has 40 floors. Currently, the only tenant of the building with a total area of 35,000 square meters is PKO Bank Polski.
Our company had the pleasure of working with the general contractors - Colliers and Transtolbud companies - in the process of equipping the toilets in the SKYSAWA tower. Thanks to our experience and understanding of the needs of modern office buildings, we delivered and installed bathroom equipment that provides comfort and safety for users.
The designed toilets in SKYSAWA are characterized by modern design and high functionality. Dominant clean lines and modern equipment harmonize with the elegant character of the entire office building. Taking care of details and user comfort, we used materials that are easy to maintain and resistant to intensive use, which is crucial in places with high traffic. You can find photos from the project in the gallery at the top of the page - we invite you to view them.
