Complaints and returns

 

Welcome to Faneco's complaint service page.

If the product you purchased is faulty or not working correctly, you have the right to use our complaint system. For this purpose, we also ask you to contact the customer service department using the complaint form. To expedite the complaint process, we invite you to choose one of two options:


If the complaint does not require additional attachments (scans, photos) choose: COMPLAINT FORM


If the complaint involves mechanical damage, technical defects or transport damage choose: FORM WITH ATTACHMENTS

 

Please note, Faneco company operates on Google Works tools - in order to add attachments, you will be asked to log in to your Google account. If you do not use Google solutions, you can also send attachments by email.

In the form, you can describe the situation and we will start the complaint procedure. If necessary, we will send the product back to our service center, where it will be thoroughly checked and repaired. If the repair proves impossible or uneconomical, we will refund the full purchase amount or offer an exchange for a new, working product.
